This composite image was built over 2 years of the client adding black and grey elements she likes to her portrait of her husband as an owl. The lightening was taken from a National Geographic article representing lightening in space, and the wing is designed after the wing of a crow, rather than an owl, sweeping across the image. My client is an aerialist so this piece lives a dynamic life in her performances.
